Using the website implies the complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described hereinafter. These conditions of use may be modified or updated at any time. Users of the website are therefore requested to check them regularly.

This website is normally accessible to users at all time. However, SFZ may decide to interrupt service for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavour to communicate the dates and time of the intevention beforehand to the users.

The website is updated regularly by SFZ. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: nevertheless, they are still binding on the user, who is requested to check them as often as possible to stay updated.

The purpose of the website is to provide information on all the activities of the company.

SFZ endeavours to provide information that is as acurate as possible on the website However, it cannot be held responsible for any missing information, inaccuracies or shortcomings in the updates, either owing to its own fault or owing to the fault of the third-party partners that provide this information to it.

All information given on the website has been provided for information purposes only, and is likely to change. Moreover, the information given on the website is not exhaustive. It is given subject to the changes that have been made to it ever since it was uploaded.


4. Contractual limitations on the technical data

The Website cannot be held responsible for property damage related to the use of the website. Moreover, the website user undertakes to access the website using modern equipment that is virus-free and with a browser having the latest updates.


5. Intellectual property and infringement

SFZ owns the intellectual property rights or holds the user rights of all information accessible on the website, especially the text, images, graphic art, logo, sounds and software, unless specified otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or some of the information on the website, irrespective of the method or process used, is forbidden, unless authorised beforehand in writing by SFZ.

Any unauthorised use of the website or any of the information that it contains shall be considered as an infringement and shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.

SFZ cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the equipment of the user while accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not comply with the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

SFZ also cannot be held responsible for indirect damage (e.g. loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website

SFZ reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content uploaded in this space that violates the applicable laws of France, and especially the provisions related to data protection. Where applicable, SFZ also reserves the possibility of invoking the civil liability and/or criminal liability of the user, especially in the case of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).


7. Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected by the act No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, act no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L.226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

While using the website, the following information may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the website, the access provider of the user, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user.

Whatever the circumstances, SFZ does not collect personal information on the user except for the needs of certain services offered by the website The user provides this information in full knowledge of the fact, especially when the user himself/ herself inputs it. The user of the website is also informed about whether or not this information is mandatory.

In pursuance of the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of the act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties, every user has right to access, correct and oppose personal data pertaining to him/her, by sending a written and signed request specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information of the user of the website is published without the user's knowledge, or exchanged, transferred, yielded or sold on any medium whatsoever to any third party. Only the scenario where SFZ and its rights are bought out will permit the transmission of the said information to the buyer, who in turn will be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify data concerning the user of the website

The databases are protected by the provisions of the act of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.

The website contains a certain number of hypertext links to either websites, that have been set up with the permission of SFZ. However, SFZ is unable to verify the contents of these other websites, and shall therefore not assume any responsability related thereto.

The data obtained in this manner is intented to facilitate subsequent browsing sessions on the website, and also permit obtaining traffic statistics.

9. Applicable law and prescription of the competent court

Any dispute related to the use of the website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction has been granted to the competent courts of Paris .
